Types of Breast Lift Incisions:

1.Vertical Incision (Lollipop/Keyhole)

• Incision around the areola and vertically down to the crease

2. Inverted T Incision (Anchor Incision)

• Incision around the areola, vertically down to breast crease, then horizontally along the fold
• Best for severe sagging (e.g., after major weight loss)
• Commonly combined with breast reduction
• More visible scarring

3. Peri-Areolar Incision (Donut/Benelli Lift)
